摘要
提出了采用热力学计算分析确定LF炉冶炼超低硫钢工艺条件的方法·分析表明 ,可通过提高炉渣碱度、强化渣钢脱氧、控制渣钢原始硫质量分数和渣质量 ,来实现超低硫钢的冶炼·15 0tLF炉生产实践表明 ,在原始钢水硫平均为 0 0 14 6%条件下 ,通过控制规定的工艺条件 ,经LF处理后的钢水硫质量分数平均可达 0 0 0 44 % ·再经VD处理后 ,可实现成品硫质量分数为0 0 0 2 7%的超低硫钢生产·在上述条件基础上 ,将原始硫质量分数控制在 0 0 0 5 8%以下或保证渣金硫的分配比在 2 5 0以上或采用双渣操作 ,LF炉可精炼 0 0 0 2
A thermodynamic calculation method was used to determine the process parameters of ladle furnace for the refining of ultra low sulfur steels. The ultra low sulfur content in liquid steel can be reached by using high basicity slag, deeply deoxidizing both slag and liquid steel,reducing initial sulfur contents in slag and steel,and properly controlling slag amount in the furnace. The production practice by a 150?t ladle furnace showed that the sulfur content in steel is 0 004?4% after LF refining and 0 002?7% after VD treatment,under the conditions determined by the processing parameters proposed by this study. Moreover,the extremely low sulfur steels with less than 0 002% of sulphur content can be produced in a ladle furnace by means of controling the initial sulfur content to less than 0 058%, or increasing the sulfure partial ratio between slag and metal to more than 250,or applying double slag operation.
