摘要
研究了IIR/CIIR不同并用比和不同炭黑和用量以及软化剂品种和用量对IIR/CIIR共混硫化胶压缩弹性模量的影响。结果显示 :当IIR/CIIR并用比为 80 / 2 0 ,N2 2 0炭黑用量为 80份时共混硫化胶有良好的压缩弹性模量 ,软化剂的加入会降低共混硫化胶的压缩弹性模量。
Different blending retio of IIR/CIIR, the species and dosage of black carbon, and the species and dosage of softening agents were investigated. IIR/CIIR blend rubber had high static rigidity when its proportion was 80/20, So as it when N220 dosage was 80phr. The addition of softening agent would descend static rigidity and damage mechanical capability.
