摘要
高等院校是我国高等教育体系的主体 ,也是成人高等教育发展的母体。高等院校要充分发挥自身的优势 ,积极创造条件 ,抓住机遇 ,发展成人教育事业。通过对成教工作者思维方式的调整 ,加大力度 ,打破传统的思想观念 ,突破因循守旧的思维方式 ,形成各类不同形式的与成教相沟通的大教育 ,积极主动挖掘成人教育的生源市场。
Colleges and universities are the principle parts in the higher education system of our country,and aslo the matrix of adult higher education.Therefore,colleges and universities should bring their own advantages into full play,create conditions actively,and grasp every chance to develop adult education .What's more,colleges and universities should regulate the way of thinking of adult educators,break traditional ideas and ways of thinking,so as to form all kinds of ways of adult education into one complex education.Knowing that adult education is not only the seller's market but also the buyer's market,colleges and universities should excavate actively the source market of adult education.
