摘要
石灰碳化煤球应用于化肥造气已有几十年历史,近几年开发成功的高强度防水造气型煤已引起造气煤生产和使用单位的高度重视,但与造气无烟块煤仍有较大的差距。为此提出以优选原料煤、改进粘结剂,以及改进成型工艺、采用低温焦化等措施,可以大大提高型煤固定碳等煤质指标,这将是造气型煤的发展方向。
The application of carbonized coal briquette for producing chemical fertilizer has been tens of history and the high-strength water-proof coal briquette which was successfully developed in recent years has brought to gas-production coal manufacture and user's great attention,however,this kind of coal briquette has still a great difference as compared with gas-production anthracitic briquette.In this paper,the authors consider that the measures such as the optimum seeking of feed coal,the improvement of adhesive agent and forming process,and the low-temperature coal carbonization can greatly improve fixed carbon of coal briquette and this is the development orientation of gas-production briquette.
