摘要
研究了热处理工艺对耐热钢ЭП 86 6冲击韧性的影响。结果表明 ,该钢在 110 0℃固溶时 ,延长固溶时间可以提高时效后的冲击韧性 ;在 112 5℃以上固溶时 ,带状铁素体显著长大 ,这种铁素体将降低冲击韧性 ;在回火时析出较多的粗颗粒碳化物 ,可以提高 10 0 h短时时效后的冲击韧性。
The effect of heat-treatment on impact toughness of heat-resistant steel ЭП866 was investigated. It was shown that impact toughness of the steel can be inproved through elongating solution time at the temperature of 1 100 ℃. However, the impact toughness of the steel is reduced when the solution temperature is over 1 125 ℃ because of ferrite growth along grain boundaries. The precipitated large carbides during tempering can improve the impact toughness of the steel after 100 h aging.
