摘要
从科学技术哲学的角度概要地阐明了钢的整合系统及其复杂性。认为各种钢都是复杂的整合系统 ,具有整体大于各部分之总和的特性 ;原子、晶格、相、组织是组成钢的各个层次的要素 ,各要素的非线性相互作用使钢的相变、组织、性能具有复杂的物理实质和规律性。纠正了将钢视为混合系统及简单性问题而形成的某些不确切的概念 ,并提出了新概念。
The complication of integrated system of steel was described in the view of science and technology philosophy. It was suggested that all kinds of steels are complicate integrated systems, which are characterized by the whole function exceeding the sum of all the part functions. In the integrated system, atom, crystal lattice, phase and microstructure are the factors forming different quality levels of steel. Nonlinear interaction of all these makes phase transformation, microstructure and property have complicate physical nature and behavior. Some uncertain concepts, considering the steels are simple systems, were declined by offered new concepts.
