摘要
论证了常用的连轧张力微分方程 ,证明此方程完全适用于工程计算 ,由它和总张力相等条件联立解出的变截面张力公式除了忽略 σ/E项所带来的误差外 ,无其他误差。此外 ,分析了参考文献 [1]介绍的一个连轧张力微分方程的推导过程 ,认为此方程不能精确地描述变截面情况下的微分关系。为此 ,本文作者推导出了能精确描述变截面情况的分布参数张力微分方程。
The common tension differential equation in tandem rolling for engineering calculation was demonstrated. The tension equation with varied section which was inferred from equal total tension only had the error generated from ignoring σ/E . By analyzing the inference procedure of tension differential equation suggested in references , the mistakes on mathematical method and physical concept were pointed out. So it can ′t correctly describe the differential relations of varied section. The tension differential equation with distributed parameters which can accurately describe the tension at varied section was inferred.
