摘要
微弧氧化技术可以在铝合金表面上原位生长20~200μm的陶瓷氧化膜,该膜具有HV800~1500的显微硬度,能大大地提高材料表面的耐磨、耐蚀、耐压绝缘和抗高温冲击性能,在纺织、机械等工业部门中具有广阔的应用前景。
A new kind of technologies,Micro Arc Oxidation(MAO)is presented by which the ceramic layer of the thickness of20~200μm is prepared on the surface of aluminium alloy.MAO film shows high hardness,800~1500HV,good wear-resistance,good corrosion-resistance,and good insulation.Thus technology is to find promising applications in various industrial fields such as textile industry,machine industry.
