摘要
目的 研究复方黄黛片中砷在健康志愿者体内的药代动力学行为。方法 用ICP -MS测定健康志愿者血中砷的浓度 ,用 3P97处理药动学数据 ,SPSS进行统计分析。结果和结论 健康志愿者药动学参数分别为A =0 .30 6 0± 0 .0 90 9mg·L-1,Ke=0 .0 74 9± 0 .0 12 5 1/h ,Ka =0 .2 199± 0 .0 3471/h ,TLag =0 .0 72 4± 0 .0 6 2 1h ,T1/ 2 (Ka) =3.2 0 70± 0 .5 2 6 0h ,T1/ 2 (Ke) =9.2 6 6 2± 1.344 4h ,Tpeak =7.4 4 99± 0 .3184h ,Cmax =0 .10 75± 0 .0 0 31mg·L-1,AUC =2 .5 5 0 8± 0 .15 2 8mg·L·h-1,CL/F(s) =195 9.1970± 110 .182 2L·h-1,V/F(c) =2 6 2 35 .376 0± 2 731.4 15 8L。单剂量口服复方黄黛片后 。
Aim To study pharmacokinetics of As in the Compound Realgar Natural Indigo Tablets(CRNIT) in healthy volunteers.Methods The As concentrations in serum of healthy volunteers were monitored by ICP-MS,the pharmacokinetic data were processed with 3P97 software and statistics was performed with SPSS software.Results and Conclusion The pharmacokinetic parameters were: A=0.3060±0.0909mg·L -1 ,Ke=0.074 9±0.012 51/h,Ka=0.219 9±0.034 71/h,T Lag =0.072 4±0.062 1h,T 1/2 (Ka)=3.207 0±0.526 0h,T 1/2 (Ke)=9.266 2±1.344 4h,T peak =7.449 9±0.318 4h,C max =0.1075±0.003 1mg·L -1 ,AUC=2.550 8±0.152 8mg·L·h -1 ,CL/F(s)=1 959.1 970±110.1 822L·h -1 ,V/F(c)=26 235.376 0±2 731.415 8L.72hours data obtained from a single oral administration of CRNIT revealed that the elemination model of As was in accordance with first order kinetics.
