摘要 给出一种基于最小二乘原理的椭圆误差的评价方法。根据平面任意位置椭圆方程的特点 ,用“变量代换”的手法使得复杂的非线性方程线性化。拟合计算一次完成 ,无需进行诸如圆、球体等拟合算法中所需的叠代循环运算。 An algorithm of evaluating the form error of elliptic profile in a plane is described. It is based on the principle of least square method. The mathematical expression of an ellipse at the arbitrary position is very complicated with 5 variables and 4th order non-linear equation, but this difficulty has been solved. It is simplified by using the variable substitution technique. The fitting algorithm requires only one time of calculation instead of iterations as same as the circle and sphere fitting algorithm. The mathematical equations resulted from the algorithm and concrete calculation method are given in detail.
