摘要
目的 :探讨中医辨证结合穴位针刺治疗颅脑术后顽固性呃逆的疗效。方法 :颅脑术后顽固性呃逆 40例 ,辨证分为湿热中阻、脾虚失运、腑气不通、气滞血瘀 4型。分别用藿朴夏苓汤等方治疗 ,配合针刺内关、中脘、足三里。结果 :治愈 16例 ,好转 18例 ,无效 6例 ,总有效率 85 %。结论 :在辨证用药的基础上配合针刺对颅脑术后顽固性呃逆有较好的疗效。
Objective:to probe into the treatment effects of post-craniotomy patients with obstinate belching by regular herbal differentiation treatment combined with points needling.Methods:40 cases were classified into 4 types,damp-heat in middle jiao,spleen deficiency,stasis of fu qi,and qi and blood stagnation,treated respectively with Huo Pu Xia Ling decoction and so on,meanwhile combined with points needling of Neiguan,Zhongwan and Zusanli.Results:16 cases were cured,covering 40 percent;18 cases were improved,covering 45 percent.The total effective rate was 85 percent.Conclusion:Regular differentiation and herbal treatement combined with points needling are effective for the treatment of post-craniotomy patients with obstinate belching.
