摘要
目的 研究硒对砷毒性的拮抗作用。方法 建立大鼠砷中毒模型及硒砷联合染毒模型 ,测定大鼠血砷含量、血细胞计数及血液生化指标 ,对主要脏器进行病理组织学检查。结果 硒砷联合染毒组的大鼠血砷含量明显低于砷中毒组 ;当硒剂量达 10 0 μg/kg·bw时 ,对砷中毒导致的红细胞数下降、血红蛋白含量降低、血液巯基总量下降、脾肿大、肺、肝、肾等组织的病理学改变具有一定的保护作用。结论 硒可以促使砷从血液中排出 。
Objective To investigate the antagonism of selenium on arsenic toxicity.Methods Male Wistar rats were treated with arsenic trioxide and coadministration of arsenic trioxide and selenium compound.Clinical examinations included concentration of arsenic and selenium,hematology,biochemistry determination on blood and histopathologic examination.Results Concentration of arsenic in blood of coadministered group was significantly lower than that in arsenic poisoning group;Selenium at dose of 100μg/kg·bw can weaken some toxic effects of arsenic,such as decrease of erythrocyte count,hemoglobin contents and total concentration of hydrosulfide group in blood,spleen swelling,pathological damages to the liver,kidney and lung.Conclusion Selenium could promote the excretion of arsenic from blood,and antagonize toxicity of arsenic.
