摘要
Chinese higher vocational education which takes developing qualified talents as main target has been developed rapidly since the1990’s.According to the definition gived by United Nations Educational,Scientific and Cultural Organization(UNESCO),technical education is the education of developing tech-nical talents,so Chinese higher vocational education is the focus of the higher technical education.At the end of2000,trusted by ministry of education,the authors investigated the talents’ structure and de-mands of knowledge under the new situation,discussed the intension and extension of technology,techni-cal talents and technical education,theoretical cognition of the curriculum design in higher technical e-ducation,and thus formed new realization.
