多元“8”字钢丝张力带治疗髌骨粉碎骨折

摘要 目的 探讨多元“8”字钢丝张力带对髌骨粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法  2 6例髌骨粉碎性骨折 ,予以切开复位 ,用 3~ 5枚克氏针纵向并排穿入大多数骨折块 ,将 2枚相邻的克氏针经髌前“8”字钢丝捆绑 ,术后不用外固定。结果  2 6例均于 10周内获得骨愈合 ,6~ 12个月去除内固定 ,术后功能恢复满意。结论 多元“8” Objective To study the use of multiple “8” figure tension band steel wiring in the comminuted fractures treatment. Methods In 26 cases of comminuted patellar fractures, first of all, 3-5 Kirschner-wires were used and traversed through most of the fracture fragments after open reduction, then steel wires were used to fix the fractures in “8” figure shape round every two neighbouring parallel Kirschner-wires, no external fixation was necessary postoperatively. Results All 26 patients got bone union within 10 weeks, the internal fixations were removed in 6-12 months and recovery of the function of the operated extremities was satisfactory. Conclusions Multiple “8” figure tension band steel wiring is a feasable method for comminuted patellar fractures.
