摘要
在少齿数差内啮合齿轮传动中存在多齿对同时啮合现象 ,使齿轮总载荷由各齿对分担 ,轮齿所承受的实际载荷会有较大幅度的降低。为此 ,提出在齿轮强度计算中引入载荷分配系数Kp 的概念。通过所建立的数学模型 ,定量地确定了在不同传动参数、不同载荷集度下 ,少齿数差内啮合齿轮传动的Kp 值 ,并说明了在齿轮强度计算中应用该系数的方法。新的计算方法可以作为少齿数差内啮合齿轮强度计算的通用方法 ,以缩小传动装置的体积 ,避免齿轮强度存在过大裕量而造成浪费。
There exists the phenomenon of simultaneous engagement of multiple tooth pairs in internal meshed gear transmission with few difference of tooth number.This made the total load of gear be shared by each meshing tooth pair,thus the actual load beared by a tooth will be lowered to a great extent.For this reason,a concept of introducing the load distribution coefficient K p into the strength computation of gears was advanced. By means of an established mathematical model,the value of K p for the transmission of internal meshed gear with few tooth number difference under various transmission parameter and different collective degree of loading was quantitatively determined,and the method for applying that coefficient K p in the calculation of tooth strength was explained.The new calculation method can be regarded as a commonly used method for strength calculation of internal meshed gears with few tooth number difference,in order to reduce the volume of driving device and avoid waste cause by the existence of excessive margin of gear strength.
