摘要
上海是我国经济的“龙头”,然而在其经济发展过程中还没有起到应有的作用。本文从我国的经济带划分及其特点分析入手,根据我国各经济带的比较优势讨论了上海在建立国际大都市过程中的作用与定位,进而提出与以往观念不同的产业发展规划。最后提出上海市政府在上海城市建设与规划中应采取的对策建议。
Shanghai is the Dragon Head of Chinese economy. But she didn't exploit all her impaction during her development. This thesis analyzed the classification of regional economic belt of China and their caricatures. We also discussed the status and orientations of Shanghai when she becoming an international great - city based on the comparative advantage theory. Then we presented an industry development scheme which different from earlier. Finally, we gave the countermeasures that the Shanghai municipality should take when they construct and scheme the city.
