摘要
目的探讨婴儿听性脑干反应(auditory brainstem response,ABR)与多频稳态反应(auditory steady-state response,ASSR)的关系。方法对2035例婴儿进行ABR和ASSR检测,结果采用SPSS 17.0进行相关分析、t检验和直线回归分析。结果 1ABR反应阈与ASSR不同频率反应阈值的相关系数为0.732~0.915(P<0.05)。2在t检验中,ABR反应阈值与ASSR 4 kHz反应阈值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余比较差异均有意义(P<0.05)。3ABR预测ASSR0.5、1、2、4 kHz、高频均值、均值的回归方程分别为:y=0.979x-6.921,y=0.909x-1.705,y=0.948x-3.647,y=1.117x-5.113,y=1.033x-4.380,y=0.988x-4.346。结论婴儿ABR与ASSR反应阈值具有较好的相关性,其主要是反映ASSR 4 kHz的反应阈值。
OBJECTIVE To assess possible correlations between the thresholds of auditory brainstem response(ABR) and auditory steady-state response(ASSR) in infants.METHODS A total of 2035 infants received ABR and ASSR in this study.The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 for correlation analysis,t test,and linear regression analysis.RESULTS 1The correlation coefficients between ABR and ASSR in different frequencies were 0.732 to 0.915(P<0.05).2There was no significant difference between the threshold of ABR and ASSR at 4kHz(P >0.05),while the thresholds of ABR and ASSR at 0.5,1,2kHz had significant difference in the t test(P<0.05).3At 0.5,1,2,4 kHz,high frequency mean and mean,ABR threshold predicting ASSR linear regression equations were:y=0.979x-6.921,y=0.909x-1.705,y=0.948x-3.647,y=1.117x-5.113,y=1.033x- 4.380,y=0.988x- 4.346.CONCLUSION The threshold of ABR and ASSR have correlation in infants,especially at ASSR 4 kHz.
