从合金化和复合化两个方面综述了MoSi2 基高温结构材料的研究进展。通过合金化可改善MoSi2 室温韧性和消除PEST现象 ,通过加入陶瓷第二相复合化可提高高温强度和室温韧性 ;
A review is given for alloying and composite of MoSi 2 based elevated temperature structural material.Alloying can modify room temperature toughness of MoSi 2 and eliminate PEST,and composite with other ceramics can improve not only high temperature strength but also room temperature toughness.Development of alloying mixed with nanocomposite is also presented.
