摘要
结合建筑企业中知识型员工比例逐年递增的实际 ,并针对其特点 ,提出了企业思想政治工作要转变观念 ,与时俱进 ,在内容、形式、方法等方面要不断创新 。
Combined with the increased ratio of knowledge workers in building enterprises and according to its characteristics the conception transformations in ideological and political work are proposed. Innovations should be embodied in content, form, method and other aspects. At last importance of ideological and political work is pointed out.
