摘要
从城市轨道交通系统的建设、运营及其在城市经济发展中的功能出发 ,分析其兼有公共物品的属性和商品属性 ,多角度地阐述城市轨道交通系统的产业化发展的理论和现实需要 ,指出实现其自身的建设。
Throuth an analysis of the construction, operation and function of urban mass transit in the development of city economy, and its attribute of being public goods and commodity, the author describes the development theory and the practical demand of mass transit industry from different angles, and holds that the only way for the construction, operation and sustainable development of urban mass transit is the industrialization of UMT itself.
