摘要
在管道顺序输送成品油过程中,随着混油段的移动,管内输量必然会发生变化,某时刻管道的输量将由各站间供能(开泵方案)、耗能(沿程阻力)以及高程决定。使用优化模型,研究了以寻求最大输量为目标的成品油管道运行优化问题,给出了计算实例,旨在获得运量多、混油少以及能耗低的经济效益,同时提高管输的安全性。
When products are batched,the variation of flow must generate with the movement of mixed contamination plug in the pipeline,which is decided by the pumping volume, resistance and elevation. Operation optimization in multi-products pipelines is studied, optimizing throughput is crucial for increasing quantity transported,reducing product contamination and energy consumption,and improving operational safety in this paper.
