复合材料为支架的组织工程骨修复羊胫骨骨缺损的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨复合材料为支架的组织工程骨修复羊胫骨骨缺损的可行性。方法利用聚乳酸与磷酸三钙复合材料复合经培养的骨髓基质细胞形成组织工程化骨来修复羊胫骨3cm的骨缺损,并以X线,组织学切片进行观察。结果组织工程化骨表现出较强的成骨能力,在12周时以基本修复羊胫骨3cm的骨缺损。结论展示出复合材料在修复骨缺损过程中的广阔前景。 Objective To study the possibility of using com posite scaffold material to repair t he tibia defect of caprine.Method Using polyactic acid and tricalcium phosp hate combined with bone marrow stem c ell to repair the 3cm defect of tibia o f caprine ,examining by X-ray and pathology.Result The composite scaffold material show fairly great ability to repair the d efect of tibia of caprine.Conclusion Show wide foreground of scaffold materia l in the tibia defect.
