摘要
感应电机的恒功率因数控制是一种简单、有效的能量最优控制方法。该文利用电机的稳态数学模型,对恒功率因数控制方案进行了理论上的研究。控制电机的功率因数实质上是对电机转差频率进行控制,使效率保持在最优值。恒功率因数控制在整个负载变化范围内能有效地提高电机的效率,在轻载情况下更是如此。为了保证在各种条件下,恒功率因数控制均能正常工作,分析了低转速、大负载对功率因数给定值的影响。仿真结果证实了结论的正确性。
The constant power factor control is a simple and effective energy optimized control strategy. Based on the steady state model of induction motors, we make researches on it. We find that the principle of the strategy is that it makes the efficiency optimal essentially by controlling the slip frequency. By using the strategy, the motors efficiency is greatly increased in the whole load range. The effect is especially obvious under light loads. To make the strategy adaptive in all situations, the influences of low speed and heavy load are discussed. The simulation results indicate that the conclusions are correct.
