摘要
分析了农村配电网的特点和农村配电自动化发展的现状 ,讨论了农村配电自动化建设的前提条件。针对县调自动化系统的建设情况 ,给出了可行的两种配电自动化系统建设模式 :一体化建设模式和分立建设模式。讨论了农村配电自动化中配电 SCADA功能、FA功能以及配电网管理功能配备的考虑。另外针对农网馈线自动化 ,给出了就地控制和远方控制两种模式 ,并针对辐射型线路和环网线路 。
The characteristics of the rural distribution power network and the current situation of distribution automation (DA) in rural area are analyzed. Preconditions for the construction of rural DA are discussed. According to the development condition of county-level dispatching automation system, two feasible construction modes about distribution automation system, integrated mode and distributed mode, are presented. The functions of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), feeder automation (FA) and others about distribution network management are described. Two control modes about FA are put forward, the local control and remote control, and the scheme of fault processing aiming at radial network and loop network are discussed.
