以 7个花椰菜亲本进行不完全双列杂交 ,采用朱军提出的加性—显性遗传模型 ,对花椰菜花球性状进行了遗传效应分析。结果表明 ,球重、球径、球高均主要受制于基因的显性效应 ,分别达 69.1%、5 9.0 %和 60 .2 %。笔者还对各研究亲本加性效应值和F1
Seven parents of cauliflower were used in incomplete diallel crossing experiment.Analysis of genetic effects for head traits in cauliflower was conducted on the base of the genetic model of additive-dominance.The results indicated that the weight,diameter and height of head were mainly controlled by dominant effect and attain respectively 69.1%,59.0% and 60.2%.Additive effects of the parents and dominant effect of F1 were also predicted.
