摘要
阐述了细菌浸矿工业上的生产方法 ;分析了亚铁离子和低价硫被氧化的机理 ,展示了近年对于浸矿细菌氧化亚铁硫杆菌基因的克隆、抗砷基因的构建和基因转移系统的构建等的分子生物学的进展。
In this paper, a concise introduction of methods in bio-metallurgy industry was given; and the oxidation mechanism of inferior iron and low price sulphur were analyzed. The authors also give latest progresses at the molecular biology development of thiobacil1us ferrooxidans which includes the cloning and construction of anti-arsenic gene, the construction of transfer system, etc.
