摘要
目的:观察电针水沟穴对缺血区脑细胞内活性钙调素(CaM)含量的变化。方法:采用大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,用磷酸二脂酶法测定正常对照组、模型对照组、电针水沟穴组、假手术对照组脑组织活性CaM的含量。结果:造模后脑组织活性CaM含量明显升高(P<0.001),经电针水沟穴治疗后大鼠缺血区脑组织活性CaM含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:电针水沟穴可明显降低大鼠脑组织活性CaM的含量。
Objective:To observe the influence of electroacupuncture of “Shuigou” on the content of calmodulin(CaM) activity in rat ischemic cerebral region. Methods: The animal models of the cerebral ischemia with reperfusion were made by electric coagulation of bilateral vertebral arteries and occlusion of the ipsilateral common carotid artery. A total of 36 Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal control group,model control group,electroacupuncture of “shuigou”group,sham-operation group. CaM activity of the ischmic cerebral tissues was measured by using phosphodiesterase method. Results:When cerebral ischemia occurred, CaM activity of the ischemic cerebral region elevated obviously in comparison with normal control group and sham-operation group(P<0.001). Following administration of EA, active CaM contents were significantly lower than that of model group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Electroacupuncture of 'shuigou' point can reduce ischemia reperfusion induced increase of active CaM level in the rat.
