摘要
目的评价化学修饰胰岛素的降血糖作用及抗胰蛋白酶降解的能力。方法将修饰胰岛素和胰岛素经小鼠皮下注射 ,用血糖仪测定它们的降血糖作用 ,比较它们抗胰蛋白酶降解的能力。结果修饰胰岛素和胰岛素有相似的降血糖作用 ,但修饰胰岛素抗胰蛋白酶降解的能力比胰岛素有明显的改善 ,降解的时间延长了 4h。结论修饰胰岛素具有较好的降血糖作用 。
PurposeTo evaluate the abilities to reduce blood glucose and resist trypsin enzymolysis of chemical modified insulin.MethodsModified insulin and insulin were subcutaneously injected to rats and their abilities to reduce blood glucose were determined with blood glucose instrument, and their abilities to resist trypsin enzymolysis were compared.ResultsModified insulin could reduce blood glucose as insulin, the ability to resist trypsin enzymolysis of modified insulin was better than that of insulin, and degradation time prolonged by four hours.ConclusionModified insulin had better ability to reduce blood glucose and could resist trypsin enzymolysis to some extent.
