摘要
日本和德国在中国的直接投资在主体、规模、时机、动机、区域、产业及行业等方面形成了各自的特点 ,本文拟通过上述方面内容的比较 。
There are different characteristics in the direct investment of Japan and Germany in China, such as subject, scale, opportunity, motivation, area, fields of production and profession of investment etc. In the article, the author is going to compare Japan with Germany at those aspects in order to reveal the right way of accepting the direct investment from Japan and Germany.
