摘要
采用热休克诱导方法研究了抑制第 1次卵裂诱发四倍体大鳞副泥鳅的最佳条件 .在受精后 37min左右 ,采用 4 0 .5℃热水处理 4 .5min ,不但能导致较高的四倍化率 ,而且胚胎存活率相当高 ,表明热休克是诱导多倍化的有效方法 ,需用设备简单 ,易于推广 .
The study deals with the optimization of heat shock conditions for producing tetraploidy loach( Paramisgurnus dabryanus ) by prohibiting the first division of fertilized eggs. It could give relatively high rate of tetraploidy and embryos survival to treat the fertilized eggs for 4.5min with 40.5℃ water after fertilization about 37 minute. The results showed that heat shock is an effective method to induce polyploidy fish.
