圆孔型系统张力减径后钢管横向壁厚不均匀性的模拟 被引量:10

摘要 用有限元法模拟 15 2 .5 BR圆孔型系统主变形四机架连轧过程发现 :张力减径后钢管的横向壁厚分布不均匀 ,产生内六方趋势 ,内六方趋势的大小与主变形机架的数量呈直线关系。利用这种关系可预测 15 2 .5 BR圆孔型系统生产的各种规格钢管的横向壁厚不均匀程度。 According to the finite element simulation for four stand continuous rolling of tube produced by 152.5 BR passes system in stretch reducing mill, the distribution of tube wall thickness along the across section is inhomogeneous, which can results in polygonization. The degree of polygonization is directly proportional to the number of stands used. The inhomogeneity of wall thickness can be evaluated by the degree of polygonization. The results of Rolling tests for 152.5 BR passes systems validate the correctness of finite element simulation.
