摘要
合成了十四种新的3,6-二(二甲氨基)-二苯并碘六环稀土乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)配合物,其化学式为[C_(17)H_(20)N_2I][RE(EDTA)]·xH_2O(RE=Ce,x=2;Pr,x=3;Nd-Lu,Y,x=4)。利用热重-差热分析,X射线粉末衍射,摩尔电导,红外及紫外光谱等对这些配合物进行了表征。试验表明,配合物对体外癌(L_(7712))细胞DNA合成的抑制率较其前体为高。
The solid complex, 3, 6-bis(dimethylamino)-dibenzopyriodonium lanthanum trans-
1, 2-diaminocyolohaxnetetraacetate [O_(17)H_(20)N_2I] [La(DCTA)]·3H_2O, has been synthesized.
The complex salt has been characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, TG-DTA, molar
conductance, ~1H NMR, IR, and UV spectroscopy. The antitumor activity of the complex
salt has been studied on transplanted mouse tumor S_(180) in vivo and mouse lymphocytic
leukemia cell (L_(1210)) tn vitro. The results showed that the oomplex salt is more effective
than its precursors.
