胎儿心率变异功率谱与胎儿宫内窘迫关系探讨 被引量:4

The relationship between power spectral of fetal heart rate variability and fetal embarrassment in uterus

摘要 作者利用自行设计的胎儿心率变异检测分析系统采集的248例临床监护数据,研究胎儿心率变异(FHRV)功率谱的特征。对其中距分娩时间1周以内的150例数据(睡眠期52例和活跃期98例),以谱参数为特征变量,窘迫值为分类变量,建立判别函数,作判别统计分析。通过跟踪病历对结果作回顾性考核,其判别准确率分别达88.5%(睡眠期)和83.3%(活跃期),显示FHRV功率谱特征与胎儿宫内窘迫有密切的关系。 The authors investigated power spectral characteris tics of fetal heart rate variability(FHRV)by analyzing clinical data sampled with the detection and analysis system of fetal heart rate variability,which is devised by their research group.Further,they got the judging function of fetal embarrassment in uterus,based on spectral characteristic variables,after calculating and an-alyzing the spectral parameters and fe tal embarrassment values of the150cases in the week of la bor,including52cases sleepy state and98cases active state.Followed case history and verified by retrospect data,the judging accuracy is88.5%in sleepy and83.3%in active.The results show that the power spectral characteristics of FHRV are closely related to fetal embarrassment in uterus.
