摘要
本文介绍了20世纪20年代法、英两国分别以法、英文出版的两本中国漆家具图册,从漆家具出发,指出了西方汉学家在中国家具研究中的谬误,并分析了产生谬误的历史原因。肯定了中国漆家具的巨大成就。文章还对明式家具的概念进行了修正和拓充,文中提出了“中国主义”这一家具概念,强调了中国家具在世界史上的地位和作用。最后就中国家具史的研究方法提出了意见。
This article introduces a book of Chinese lacquer furniture pictures (in French and English) by France and England, points out the solecism in the research on Chinese furniture by western sinologists and makes an analysis of historical ground; undoubted great achievements made by Chinese lacquer furniture; it also corrects and expands the concept of Ming Furniture with emphasis on the status in and the effect on world history and puts forward viewpoints about the method of Chinese furniture history research.
