钙钛矿太阳能电池中吸光材料的发展现状 被引量:3

Development Status of Light Absorbers in Perovskite Solar Energy Cells

摘要 钙钛矿材料作为光吸收层的太阳能电池是一种广受关注的新型太阳能电池,其光电转换效率从2009年的3.8%快速增加到2014年的19.3%。综述了钙钛矿材料的光电性质、制备方法和研究进展,分析了其研究趋势及需要解决的问题,并对钙钛矿太阳能电池的未来发展进行了展望。 Using perovskite materials as light absorbers of solar cells is a widely concerned new type of so?lar cells,the power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells rapidly increased from 3. 8% to 19. 3%during the year from 2009 to 2014. This paper reviews the optical properties,the preparation methods andthe current research progress of perovskite materials,analyzes the research trends and the problems to besolved,and prospects the future development of the perovskite solar cells.
