摘要
地质填图实习是资源勘查工程等地质类专业最重要的野外实践教学,其教学过程中长期"以教师为中心",难以适应当前的地学高等教育。只有深化教育改革,通过构建"以学生为中心"的教学大纲及实习指导书,让学生成为实习的主导者并平等参与野外科学问题讨论,充分信任学生以激发学生的主观能动性,引入PDCA质量管理模式,建立并完善"以学生为中心"的教学模式,才能逐步提高野外地质填图实践教学效果,培养合格的地质专业人才。
Geological mapping practice is the most important field practice teaching for students come from resourceexploration majors. The teaching process exist many problems for a long time which include“teacher-centered”,fixed teaching content,serious shortage funds,lower teacher-student ratio and the lack of student's initiativeconsciousness. The solution of these problems is deepening education reform. These reform measures include,buildingstudent-centered teaching outline and guide book,to enable students to become the main part of mapping practice andthe equal participation of field scientific discussion,full confidence in students to stimulate their subjective initiative. Finally,introducing PDCA quality management mode for establish and perfect student-centered teaching mode to increasethe effect of field geological mapping practice teaching.
