节能减排是环保战略指导下的一项重要举措,减少能源和资源的消耗,降低有害气体的排放,是实现节能减排的主要途径。本文主要针对石油集输生产过程中节能减排的相关问题进行简单的探讨。
Energy saving and emission reduction plays an important role in environmental protection,which include reducing energy and resources consumption as well as harmful gas emission.This article focuses on the issues of energy saving and emission reduction in oil gathering and transportation.
