摘要
目的比较烤瓷联冠式牙周夹板和套筒冠式牙周夹板在重度牙周炎修复治疗的临床效果。方法从2 0 1 1 年3 月~ 2 0 1 4 年3 月期间我院收治的重度牙周炎患者中选择4 0 例前牙区非远中游离患者作为研究对象，按随机分组法分为烤资联冠夹板修复组和套筒冠夹板修复组，每组2 0 例。两组患者均在系统的牙周基础治疗和牙体牙髓治疗后，进行牙周夹板修复治疗。患者每3 个月复诊一次行牙周洁治、刮治，对基牙的牙周健康情况和满意度进行随访。结果经牙周夹板修复后，两组患者探诊深度、附着丧失水平、牙槽骨高度均有改善，差异具有统计学意义(P < 0 . 0 1 ) ; 套筒冠式牙周夹板组在牙周健康保持方面优于烤瓷联冠牙周夹板组；患者满意度比较结果显示两组在美观性、固位情况、舒适程度方面有差异，烤瓷联冠式夹板组的满意度相对较高，且差异有统计学意义（P < 0 . 0 5 ) 。结论两种牙周夹板在重度牙周炎修复中，均对维持牙周健康有利，并可有效固定松动患牙。套筒冠式牙周夹板的牙周维护效果更为显著，而烤瓷联冠式牙周夹板在美观性、舒适性等方面优于套筒冠式牙周夹板。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of porcelain splint and telescopic crowns splints in the prosthodontictreatment of severe periodontitis. Methods Forty patients with severe periodontitis admitted in our hospital duringMarch 2011 and March 2014 were randomly divided into porcelain splint group and telescopic crowns group, 20 subjects ineach. All patients went through systematic periodontal initial therapy and dental treatment, and then were treated by assignedtype of splints. Patients paid subsequent visits once every three months to receive periodontal scaling and scaling, and follow- up of periodontal health of the abutment and satisfaction was done. Results After the treatment of periodontal splints, theprobing depth, clinical attachment loss and alveolar bone height of the assessed teeth in each group were significantly improved( P <0. 01) . The periodontal health maintenance of telescopic crowns group was superior to the porcelain splint ( P <0.0 1 ). From the perspective of patient satisfaction there were differences between the two groups in terms of aesthetics, retention,the degree of comfort, and satisfaction in the porcelain splint group was significantly higher ( P <0. 05). ConclusionTwo types of periodontal splints are beneficial in maintaining periodontal health, and can effectively fix the loose teeth. Telescopiccrowns splints are more effective while porcelain splint is better than telescopic crowns splints in appearance and morecomfortable.
