摘要
目的探究专利运营对中药企业竞争优势形成的意义。方法以跨学科知识准备和广泛文献收集为基础,从研究药品专利价值及世界医药公司成功的专利运营入手,研讨专利运营促成我国中药企业竞争优势的重要价值。结果药品专利是具有价值和使用价值的无形资产,发达国家医药企业投资利益的保证是专利运营。结论中药企业占据资源优势,重视并合理运作专利资本意义重大。
Objective To explore the significance of patent operation in the formation of competitive advantagesof TCM enterprises. Methods Based on interdisciplinary knowledge preparations and wide literature collection, thisarticle studied the significant value of competitive advantages of TCM enterprises promoted by patent operationstarting with the research on medicine patent value and successful parent operation of medical corporations around theworld. Results Medicine patent is intangible assets with value and use value. The guarantee for investment interests ofmedical enterprises in developed countries is patent operation. Conclusion TCM enterprises have the resourcesuperiority. It is of great importance to focus on and reasonably operate patent capital.
