摘要
扭簧张紧器作为汽车发动机正时系统的关键元件,其失效会导致机油泵驱动无法正常工作,继而发动机油压不足。文章针对扭簧张紧器在台架试验中发生的故障,对其提出多种结构优化方案,然后利用CAE分析,确定最佳方案。
the spring tensioner, as a key engine part of the timing system ,whose failure will lead to oil pump cannot workproperly, then lead to the deficiency of engine oil pressure. this paper aims to improve the spring tensioner based on thefailure types occurred on test, more than one optimization variants are put forward, then choose the best optimization throughthe meathead of CAE analysis.
