摘要
针对当前职业院校汽车检测专业人才培养,在数量无法满足市场需求,在质量上无法满足企业要求的现状。结合个人教学实践与其他国内外院校的先进经验,对其原因和解决方法进行了探究,指出问题的根源在于落后的人才培养模式和不合时宜的教学评价体系,也给出了解决问题的方法,即加强师资培养,积极开展校企合作和根据院校自身情况积极学习先进经验。
There are still shortcomings and problems in the current training and teaching mode of vocational colleges, on theone hand, it still can’t meet the rapid increasing demand, on the other hand, for some reason, most of graduates of vocationalcolleges are inadequate for their jobs as a result of lacking necessary knowledge and enough professional skills. In this paper,in order to solve the problems. On the one hand, we analyse the reasons that caused those problems,as a result of the outdatedcultivating mode and the improper evaluation method for the teaching. On the other hand, we arrived at the solutions bystudying the advance experiences of talent training mode both at home and abroad. We can solve the problems bystrengthening the training of teachers, carrying out school-enterprise cooperation and learning advanced experience fromother colleges.
