基于故障树的港口机械液压轮边制动系统故障分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过分析液压轮边制动系统的原理和常见故障类型,建立了液压轮边制动系统的失效的故障树,并进行了定性分析和定量分析。通过分析可知15个底事件只要任一个发生,都必然导致顶事件的发生;顶事件的发生概率为3.05%,应当加强日常的维护与检修。为现场维修人员快速、准确地查找故障原因提供了理论依据。 By analyzing the work principle and common type of faults of hydraulic wheel braking system, the faulttree was established, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis were carried out. Through analysis, each of 15 basicevents would inevitably lead to the top of the event. The probability of top event was 3.05%. It should strengthenroutine maintenance and repair. This results provide a theoretical basis for maintenance staff to identify the cause ofhydraulic system fault quickly and accurately.
