摘要
在当前严峻的就业形势下,以就业为导向已经成为了高职院校的特色,各高校在专业、课程设置上纷纷向市场对齐,但班级管理模式远远滞后于教学改革,仍以传统班委管理模式为主。文章在界定班级企业化管理模式的内涵后,对高职院校实施班级企业化管理进行了可行性的分析,从组织架构的搭建;规章制度的制定,企业氛围的营造,团队精神的培养、企业需求的认识,企业文化的塑造等方面提出了实施班级企业化管理的对策。
Under the highly competitive employment environment,employment-oriented education policy has become a characteristic of higher vocational colleges, and programs and curriculum are set according to the needs of market. However,class management, still using the traditional class committee model, is far behind the teaching reform. This paper firstly defines the connotation of managing a class like an enterprise, then discusses its feasibility,and finally provides certain measures from aspects such as the establishment of organizational framework, the formulation of regulations, theformation of business environment, the fostering of team spirit, the recognition of enterprise needs, and the building of enterprise culture.
