摘要
目的:探讨他卡西醇软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法:随机选取2013年4月-2015年1月笔者科室接受治疗的白癜风患者60例,根据其临床治疗方法的不同随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组:30例,采用窄谱中波紫外线治疗;研究组:30例,采用他卡西醇软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗,两组患者均以照射紫外线10次为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程后对比两组患者临床疗效。结果:研究组患者经过4个疗程的治疗后总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,组间比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者在治疗期间和治疗后均无其他并发症发生。结论:他卡西醇软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风疗效显著、安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective The study of the treatment of vitiligo by Tacalcitol ointment and Narrow-band ultraviolet. Methods 60vitiligo patients were randomly selected in our hospital from April 2013 to January 2015. They were divided into study groupand control group by depending on the clinical treatment. 30 cases in the control group of patients were treated by narrowspectrumultraviolet,and 30 cases of study group patients were treated by tacalcitol ointment and narrow-band ultraviolet.Clinical efficacy of two groups were compared after four courses of treatment (Two groups of patients were irradiated withultraviolet light 10 times as a course). Results 30 cases of study group patients after four courses of treatment efficacy wasassessed after clinical cure, effective,effective and ineffective patients were 13 cases, 10 cases, 6 cases and 1 case, clinical totaleffective rate was 96.67%, higher than 73.33% (The cured,effective, effective and ineffective patients were 5 cases, 8, 9 and 8 )of the control group clinical total efficiency, significantly between the two groups was statistically significant difference (P <0.05).They were no complication being appeared on the two groups of patients during and after treatment and therapy. ConclusionThe treatment of vitiligo by tacalcitol ointment and narrow-band ultraviolet was significant effect, safe and reliable,worthy ofpromotion.
