摘要
目的:探讨金银花口服液治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:86例上呼吸道感染患者采取数字随机法随机分为实验组、对照组,各43例。对照组采取利巴韦林治疗,实验组采取金银花口服液治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果:实验组治疗总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:用金银花口服液治疗儿童上呼吸道感染较利巴韦林疗效显著,病程明显缩短,促进症状消失,安全性高。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of honeysuckle oral liquid in the treatment of upper respiratory tractinfection in children. Methods: 86 patients with upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into experimental group andcontrol group, 43 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Leigh Bhave Lin, the experimentalgroup was treated with honeysuckle oral liquid, and the clinical treatment effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05); the incidenceof adverse reaction in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Honeysuckleoral liquid in the treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection significantly compared with ribavirin efficacy, shorten theduration of symptoms, promote the symptoms disappeared, safety.
