摘要
目的:观察手法复位小夹板固定结合外敷何氏骨伤科中药治疗三踝骨折的疗效。方法:60例三踝骨折病人予手法复位后采用外敷中药,并配合康复治疗。3个月后进行疗效评价。结果:根据Marzu标准评估,优39例,良12例,中9例。结论:手法复位小夹板固定结合外敷何氏骨伤科中药治疗三踝骨折疗效确切。
Objective: To observe efficacy of manipulation, fixation plus TCM medicine on trimalleolar fractures. Methods: 60cases received TCM medicine by external application after manipulation, and rehabilitation. Results: 39 cases were cured; 12 cases wereeffective; 9 cases were a little effective. Conclusion: Manipulation, fixation plus TCM medicine was effective on trimalleolar fractures.
