摘要 建立了高效液相色谱法测定葡萄中甜蜜素残留量的方法。采用Inertsil C_(18)(4.6×250mm)色谱柱,柱温25℃,乙腈:水=60:40作流动相,检测波长为313nm,流速0.8m L/min的条件测定。甜蜜素标准品以不同体积进样,获得标准曲线y=360.86x-106.89,其相关系数R^2=0.9999,在2~50μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。实验建立的甜蜜素测定方法稳定可靠,可快速检测葡萄中的甜蜜素残留量。 A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the determination of sodium cyclamate residues ingrapes was established. The chromatographic separation was performed on an Inertsil C18 column (4.6伊250mm)kept at25益using acetonitrile and water(60:40)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8mL/min and the detection wavelength wasset at 313 nm. Different volume of sodium cyclamate standard were injected, the standard curve was =360.86 -106.89,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999, it showed good linearity over the concentration range of 2 to 50滋g. This method wasstable and reliable for the rapid determination of sodium cyclamate residues in grapes.
