摘要
通过引入内模控制技术,对裂解炉炉管出口温度控制回路进行了技术改造。改造后的裂解炉炉管出口温度实现了自动控制,平均波动范围由±5℃减小至±2℃,支路偏差由10℃以上减小至5℃以下。
By introducing the internal model control technology, technical modification was made to the control loop of cracking furnace tube outlet temperature. After the modification, cracking furnace tube outlet temperature has been realized automatic control, average fluctuation range is decreased to ±2 ℃ from ±5 ℃, and the bypass deviation is decreased to below ±5 ℃ from above ±10 ℃.
