摘要 应用傅里叶变换红外光谱法,根据抗冲共聚聚丙烯的红外特征峰,将薄膜统一标准化厚度,从而避免在用千分尺测量薄膜厚度带来的误差。使用热压制膜机将标准样品制得厚度均匀一致的膜片,制作标准曲线,建立了快速检测抗冲共聚聚丙烯中总乙烯,橡胶相乙烯及橡胶相含量的方法。红外光谱法分析结果精密度高,重复性好,能够满足生产要求。 Based on the infrared characteristic peak of impact co-propylene, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy was used to make the film unified into standardized thickness, thus avoided the error brought by the miking of thickness. Hot rolling film machine was used to make the standard sample into film sheets of uniform thickness, standard curve was made, and method for rapid detection of total ethylene, rubber phase ethylene and rubber phase content in impact co-polypropylene. The analytical result of infrared spectroscopy has a high precision, good repeatability and can meet production requirement.
