摘要
文章从结构设计、CAE分析、铸造工艺及热处理工艺等方面对发动机支架断裂进行了失效分析,查找到了失效原因。针对失效原因进行了改进,最终取得了显著效果。
From the structure design, CAE analysis, casting process and heat treatment process and other aspects of the failure analysis of engine bracket fracture, we find out the causes of failure. The failure causes were improved, and the remarkable results were achieved.
